Submitting a Request - Guide to Submitting Tickets

Submission Channels

There are a few channels you can submit tickets through. We have listed them below so you can get your request in as easily as possible.

Email

The easiest way to put in a ticket is to simply email the department you need assistance from directly at one of the "help@claratel.org" emails. Emailing the department will generate a ticket for your request and alert the department's staff of the creation of your ticket. You will also receive a confirmation email with your ticket information. An agent will response to your request and you can communicate with them in that email chain. This will track all of the correspondence involving your ticket.

Listed below are all of the departments you can contact, their email, and a general description of what they can assist with.
  1. Human Resource:

    2. Human Resources manages recruiting, hiring, employee benefits, leave requests, employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment policies and laws, employee data, Dayforce management, and maintaining a positive work culture.
  3. Auxiliary Services:

    2. Auxiliary Services manages all of the facilities, inventory, agency transportation and health/safety for the agency. They assist with office management, supplies, inventory related needs, facilities issues, office moves, badge requests, and much more.
  5. IT Support (Digital Strategies):

    2. IT Support manages the hardware, software, and network that runs the computers and systems for the agency. They assist with computer issues, software issues, networking issues, myAvatar, Liquid Office, Email, and account access.
  7. Training and Quality:

    2. Training and Quality manages the day to day compliance and development of staff and the agency. They assist with any Claratel BH Learning (Absorb) related requests, trainings, DBHDD Relias, and orientations.
  9. Document Management:

    2. Document Management Department handles are organizational needs related to the processing of organizing, storing, retrieving, and managing documents for the agency, both digital and paper-based to ensure they are easily accessible and secure.
  11. Data Analytics:

    2. Data Analytics manages reports, dashboards, and displaying agency standards. They assist leaders with generating or modifying reports and dashboards, assistance with report subscriptions and subscriptions.

Help Center Portal

There is also a portal available to submit tickets through. You can find it here: Submit Web Ticket. This will bring you straight to a ticket submission form. Below are the steps to complete an web submitted ticket.
  1. Follow the link here: Submit Web Ticket
  2. Once this link has opened, you will se a web page that appears like this:
  3. From here you will choose the "Department" you need to resolve your request:
    1. You can choose from all of the listed departments above list.
  4. After selecting the "Department", sometimes you will have to select a "Layout" depending on the requirements from each department:
    1. The Layout can determine which team or which type of request is being filled.
  5. After selecting a layout, You will need to enter your contact information. Including your full name and your email.
  6. Next You will have to have to add a subject and description for your request. Please try to give as much information as possible.
  7.  Before you click submit, fill the rest of the form out to the best of your ability and complete the Captcha.
  8. Lastly, you can click submit and a ticket will be generated to be sent to the department. You will get a confirmation email with all of your ticket information and an agent will respond to your request and you will receive an email to correspond with them about anything involving the ticket.
